Reporting a bug
A few details help us understand what happened:
- Your browser, operating system, and SnapDiff extension version.
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
- The error message, if one appeared.
Only attach screenshots or reports you are comfortable sharing. Remove sensitive information first, and never send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. You do not need to send a private page URL to ask for help.

SnapDiff is completely free and requires no activation key. Use the same email address for feature questions or privacy requests.
