Reporting a bug
A few details help us understand what happened:
- Your browser, operating system, and SnapDiff extension version.
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
- The error message, if one appeared.
Only attach screenshots or reports you are comfortable sharing. Remove sensitive information first, and never send passwords, full payment-card details, or license keys. You do not need to send a private page URL to ask for help.
Billing, licensing, or privacy
Use the same email address for subscription questions, license issues, or privacy requests. For billing questions, include your order reference if available, not your license key. Manage subscription cancellation through the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from your purchase correspondence.
