Who these terms are between

SnapDiff is operated by SnapDiff.co Developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By using SnapDiff, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use SnapDiff. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Using SnapDiff and your content

You may use the official extension for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these terms, your plan, and applicable browser-store rules. Only capture pages you are authorized to access. Do not use SnapDiff to infringe others' rights, bypass access controls, distribute harmful content, or misuse licensing services.

You retain your rights in your own content. SnapDiff does not claim ownership of your screenshots, annotations, or reports; third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights. You are responsible for having permission to capture and share it. SnapDiff and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party software retains its applicable licenses.

Features and Free usage

Free includes 20 completed workflows per month. A completed A/B pair or Multi group counts as one workflow. Deleting captures does not reset the allowance. Free exports include SnapDiff branding and capture timestamps.

Features vary by browser and may be affected by page behavior, browser permissions, or organization policy. Review the browser support guide before relying on a feature. Pro does not enable features unavailable in your browser.

Pro subscriptions and billing

Where paid checkout is available, Pro is an annual subscription, not a lifetime purchase. The price and applicable taxes are shown on the pricing section and at checkout. Pro includes unlimited workflows, export-branding and timestamp controls, and up to three browser installations with an active license. There is no trial.

Pro renews annually unless canceled. The current subscription configuration has a total term of ten years, after which renewals stop unless that term is extended. Dodo Payments handles hosted checkout and subscription management under the terms presented at checkout. A checkout labeled as a test is not a live purchase.

Cancel future renewals through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Removing a license, uninstalling the extension, or deleting local data does not cancel billing. Your billing record determines the paid access period. When Pro access ends, Free limits and branding apply; periodic license checks and previously verified offline state can affect when an installation reflects a change. Refunds and billing questions

Contact snapdiffco@gmail.com with your order reference for a billing or refund request. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law. These terms do not remove any mandatory refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights.

Local storage and your responsibility

Captures and reports are stored in your browser profile, not a SnapDiff cloud backup. Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser storage, or losing a profile can remove them. Export important work and review it before sharing. Annotations are not a guaranteed secure-redaction tool, and originals remain unchanged.

Our Privacy Policy describes local storage, website access, support email, and separate licensing communications.

Availability and limitations

SnapDiff is a visual-review tool, not a guarantee that a page is defect-free, fully accessible, secure, or legally compliant. Automated accessibility checks do not replace manual review. Device presets are not physical-device testing, and language simulation does not automatically translate a page.

To the extent permitted by law, SnapDiff is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update SnapDiff and these terms as the product develops. This page shows the latest revision date. Changes remain subject to applicable law and do not remove rights that have already accrued. For questions about these terms, contact SnapDiff.co Developer at snapdiffco@gmail.com.
